Product Owner
Required skills and experience: 5+ years of product owner experience, experience working directly with development/technical teams, strong Jira and backlog management experience, experience gathering requirements and writing user stories, strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Nice to have skills and experience: 2+ years of project management experience, digital producer or agency experience, customer experience/digital communications experience, telecommunications experience, previous Spectrum experience.
Job description: This product owner will support the customer experience team, serving as the liaison between business stakeholders and development teams for digital communications including email, SMS, RCS, and push notifications. They will gather requirements, write user stories and development tickets, manage Jira roadmaps and backlogs, and lead grooming sessions while participating in stand-ups and defect calls. They will work cross-functionally with development, marketing, content/design, and customer support to manage multiple projects from requirements through development handoff and delivery.
