Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and treatment needs through video sessions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each patient’s circumstances.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adapt treatment strategies as necessary, utilizing outcome assessments and therapeutic feedback.

• Provide ongoing therapeutic support, including individual, couple, and group therapy sessions, focused on distress management and coping skills.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to ensure integrated and holistic patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Privia Health, you will serve a diverse array of clients, including individuals grappling with substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, and eating disorders. Your role will be instrumental in fostering a safe and empathetic environment that encourages clients to share their experiences and work towards recovery. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling or therapy.

• Proficient knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment methodologies, and crisis intervention strategies.

• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish therapeutic alliances with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
