Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, from check-in to vehicle delivery. Actively listen to customer concerns and communicate repair needs clearly and professionally. Review and explain Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) results, building value into recommended services and presenting options. Set expectations on repair timelines and update customers throughout the process. Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely completion of work. Write repair orders, provide estimates, and secure approvals for service. Ensure all parts and return processes are completed before vehicle delivery. Walk customers to their vehicle at delivery, highlighting work performed and reinforcing trust. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of Service Advisor experience required. Must have a strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Commitment to integrity, professionalism, and providing an outstanding customer experience. Compensation & Benefits: Base Pay: $23-$27/hour. Bonus Structure: Total earnings range $75,000 - $100,000+ annually Typical Service Advisors earn $75,000–95,000 . High performers consistently earn $100,000+. Health benefits PPO or HMO.
