Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate actively with healthcare professionals to develop, implement, and review patient treatment and discharge plans based on comprehensive psychosocial assessments and evidence-based social work interventions.

• Conduct detailed assessments to identify emotional and behavioral issues and implement appropriate interventions, ensuring that each patient's individual needs are met.

• Maintain meticulous documentation, including clinical assessments and progress notes, in alignment with departmental standards and within electronic medical records systems.

• Engage with patients in crisis, providing them with counseling and support to navigate emotional challenges and enhance their coping strategies.

• Communicate effectively with the patients' families and support networks to educate them about treatment processes and discharge planning, fostering a collaborative approach to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support adults undergoing detoxification and early recovery from substance use disorders. Our patient population often experiences complex psychosocial challenges; your expertise will be crucial in addressing behavioral health issues, enhancing social support networks, and facilitating holistic recovery paths.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, with a focus on clinical practice.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n
