CNC Machinist (Milling / Turning / Gun Drilling) – 1st Shift | Direct Hire

7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Up to $30/hour

The Adecco Permanent Recruitment team is partnering with a precision manufacturing organization seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to support high-precision machining operations for custom tooling and mold components. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-driven, tight-tolerance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret engineering drawings to manufacture precision components

• Determine appropriate tooling, workholding, and machining processes

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and gun drilling equipment

• Inspect finished parts to ensure conformance to specifications

• Maintain accurate documentation and follow operator certification requirements

• Follow verbal and written work instructions

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with team members to support production goals

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of CNC machining experience

• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills

• Experience with CNC milling and/or gun drilling

• Knowledge of tooling, machining processes, and precision measurement

• Experience in a job shop environment preferred

• Familiarity with SolidWorks and/or Mastercam

• Strong math skills and ability to work independently

• Commitment to “quality at the source” and safe work practices

• Willingness to work within ISO / QS 9000 standards

Pay Details: $26.00 to $30.00 per hour
