Job Description Park6 Logistics is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Associate to join our growing team in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, accuracy, and care. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve inquiries, support daily operations, and help maintain the high service standards our customers expect. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service through professional communication. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely solutions. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient service. Assist with order updates, scheduling, and general account support. Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive experience. Contribute to process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction. Support daily administrative and operational tasks as needed.
