Delivery Operations Associate
Platform Science is looking for a Delivery Operations Associate to join their Hardware Services team in San Diego, CA. This role will be instrumental in establishing efficient, scalable processes that support both their Enterprise and Plus business units.
The Delivery Operations Associate will be responsible for:
- Returns Material Authorization (RMA) activities
- Hardware evaluation and testing
- Shipping and receiving activities
- Process improvement and documentation
- Cross-functional support
The ideal candidate will have:
- Coordinate and handle daily operations in a timely manner
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work conditions as a team player
- Demonstrated composure required to perform effectively under stressful situations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- An eye for detail
- Basic tracking mechanisms knowledge
- Keyboarding skills and computer literacy
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
