Job Description
The Residential Leasing Agent will facilitate rental property leasing by engaging with potential tenants, conducting property tours, and processing applications. This role demands strong communication skills and an ability to understand tenants’ needs while promoting available properties effectively.
Responsibilities
- Conduct property tours and present features to prospective tenants
- Respond promptly to inquiries and maintain positive tenant relationships
- Process rental applications and perform credit/background checks
- Prepare and execute lease agreements in compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with maintenance and management teams to ensure property readiness
- Maintain accurate leasing records and update property databases
- Stay informed on market rental rates and competitor offerings
- Assist with marketing efforts to attract qualified tenants
