SMB AE Sales Manager (Remote - East Coast) | $200K-$240K OTE + Equity

We are partnered with our client to onboard an SMB AE Sales Manager on the East Coast. What You'll Do

• Lead & Coach: Manage, mentor, and scale an East Coast team of 8–12 full-cycle SMB Account Executives, running regular deal reviews, pipeline inspections, and tactical call coaching.
• Own the Revenue Engine: Drive team quota attainment, monthly revenue forecasting, and outbound pipeline creation in a high-tempo sales environment (14–30 day sales cycles).
• Player-Coach Execution: Actively jump on high-value prospect calls and demos alongside reps to navigate objections, refine pitches, and accelerate deal closures.
• Scale the Playbook: Codify best practices, refine sales rituals, and partner cross-functionally with Product and Onboarding to optimize the buyer journey.

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record leading a team of quota-carrying B2B SaaS Account Executives, built on a strong foundation of closing success.
• Deep experience in high-velocity, transactional sales motions (sub-30-day deal cycles, high-volume outbound prospecting, and MRR-based quota management).
• Hands-on coaching style with a passion for developing reps and driving structured pipeline rigor.
• Preferred Background: Experience in high-tempo practice management SaaS (e.g., healthcare, dental, aesthetic/wellness) or parallel fast-paced, high-volume SMB SaaS models.
• Location: Must be based on the East Coast (Remote, with up to 30% travel for onsite office visits).
