There is no travel requirement for this role.

Responsibilities
Schedule patient appointments efficiently
Register new patients and update patient information
Verify insurance information and handle related documentation
Enter patient and appointment data accurately into medical systems
Provide courteous and professional customer service
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries promptly
Manage and organize medical records securely
Communicate effectively with patients regarding appointments and procedures

Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience in medical reception (preferred, willing to train to right candidate)
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service skills
Experience with appointment scheduling
Ability to multitask effectively
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in data entry
