About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team in Miami, Florida. As a Dietary Aide, you will assist in the preparation and service of meals to our patients, ensuring a delightful dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the preparation and presentation of meals according to diet orders and cultural preferences
Maintaining a clean and organized dining environment, adhering to strict sanitation and safety standards
Working closely with the dietary team to ensure smooth operation and efficient service
Providing exceptional customer service to our patients and families
Participating in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Requirements:
1 year of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
