The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities listed within this vacancy announcement will be used only as management preferences and will be used to screen for the most qualified pool of applicants.Management Preferences:Collaborate with DHB and DMHDDSUS on provider enrollment and accreditation requirementsAct as provider enrollment SME with experience in DMH taxonomies, NC Tracks processes, and accreditation policiesReconcile and finalize Business rules (CSR) and Provider Permission Matrix (PPM) in alignment with DHB so the State’s fiscal agent (GDIT) can implement these changes systemwide.Assist with updating systems (NC Tracks, PPM, CSR) to reflect these timelines, automate notices, track expirations, suspend non-compliant providers, and share data with health plansEngage policy leads and coordinate with GDITDeliver Provider Support & Communication needs, including launch technical assistance and outreach for state-funded agencies (many are not frequent NC Tracks users), and offer clear guidance on timelines, expectations, and available support.Minimum Education and ExperienceSome state job postings say you can qualify by an “equivalent combination of education and experience.” If that language appears below, then you may qualify through EITHER years of education OR years of directly related experience, OR a combination of both.
