Office Manager/Payroll for small San Jose office.
- Bookkeeping - Record and maintain financial transactions including union payroll, invoicing, and bank reconciliation utilizing QuickBooks , assist with tax forms
- Executive Support - calendaring, expense processing, travel arrangements, phones
- Office Support - phone, ordering supplies, mail, event planning
- Other duties as needed
Requirements:
- At least three years of relevant bookkeeping/office support experience
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
- QuickBooks proficiency
