Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments through virtual consultations, evaluating clients’ mental, emotional, and behavioral health and documenting case histories meticulously.

• Conduct follow-up communications with psychiatric professionals regarding any client hospitalizations, ensuring continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our mental health counselors work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with a spectrum of mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex emotional challenges. We prioritize understanding clients' cultural backgrounds and personal experiences, adapting therapy techniques to meet their unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a licensed mental health counselor (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) in the state of Nevada.

• Successful completion of the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Demonstrated proficiency in electronic health record systems is essential; experience with AVATAR is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
