What You'll Do

* Navigate through our proprietary platform to identify prospective healthcare candidates leveraging your personal network

* Connect with potential candidates to introduce opportunities available through MLR and assess their interest

* Arrange appointments for candidates with our recruiters for more in-depth screening

* Follow up on leads to nurture interest and assist throughout the hiring process

* Keep thorough and accurate records within our applicant tracking system

* Earn commission based on the meetings you schedule, interviews that take place, and hires stemming from your leads

What You Need to Succeed

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How You'll Be Paid
