Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator / Office Manager to manage front office operations. This role requires strong Dentrix proficiency , experience with Carestream imaging systems , and confidence handling insurance coordination in an FFS setting.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide a professional, welcoming patient experience.
• Manage and optimize the daily schedule.
• Present treatment plans and discuss fees clearly.
• Verify out-of-network benefits and explain coverage.
• Submit, track, and follow up on insurance claims using Dentrix.
• Post payments, manage accounts receivable, and resolve claim issues.
• Coordinate with clinical team. 
• Maintain organized, efficient front office systems.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years dental front desk or office management experience
• Strong Dentrix experience (required)
• Solid understanding of dental insurance and claims processes
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable with financial discussions and patient coordination
