Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate each patient's psychological state, identifying their unique needs and developing tailored treatment approaches.

• Design, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices to ensure effective patient outcomes.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy to promote emotional resilience and coping skills.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, sharing insights and integrating treatment strategies to provide holistic care.

• Engage in crisis intervention, assessing urgent patient needs and coordinating immediate support during mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families concerning mental health disorders, treatment methodologies, and community resources available.

• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in compliance with ethical standards and regulations, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers an attractive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
