Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to determine patients' histories and identify the most suitable therapeutic approaches.

• Design and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique journey toward recovery and resilience, ensuring a personalized care experience.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate effective healing.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, providing a safe space for clients to process their trauma, develop coping skills, and foster personal empowerment.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary professionals to create a comprehensive care network for clients, enhancing their treatment experience and outcomes.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring clients receive timely and appropriate care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas is essential.

• Demonstrated knowledge of trauma-related disorders and familiarity with trauma-informed treatment modalities is crucial for this role.

Preferred Experience\n
