PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (A DAY IN THE LIFE)

Review your schedule, prepare materials, and follow up on leads generated through marketing, customer inquiries, and referrals Conduct in‑home or on‑site water quality tests using Culligan technology Present customized water treatment solutions based on each customer’s needs Educate customers on product features, benefits, and long‑term value Create proposals, walk customers through financing options, and close sales Manage your sales pipeline through consistent follow‑up, communication, and appointment scheduling Generate new opportunities through outbound follow‑up, referrals, networking, and attending scheduled sales appointments Use an iPad/Sales Force to track leads, record customer interactions, and manage daily workflow Coordinate with Service and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth installation and a great customer experience Attend ongoing training sessions to stay up‑to‑date on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends About Us U.S. Water Culligan Group is one of the largest Culligan franchisees in North America, serving families and businesses with industry‑leading water conditioning equipment across 17 locations.
