• Experience: New grads welcome, previous L&D experience preferred

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $30 - $36.50
• Differentials:
• Evening (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM): $2.30/hour
• Night (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM): $3.75/hour
• Weekend (Friday 7:00 PM - Monday 7:00 AM): $3.00/hour
• Benefits: Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, retirement plan)
• Additional: Relocation assistance offered; sign-on bonus not included; COVID vaccination not required

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods
• Monitor fetal heart rates and respond to fetal distress indicators
• Assist with labor management and delivery procedures in accordance with hospital protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on postpartum care and newborn care
• Document patient information accurately and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and hospital policies

What You Need

• Kansas RN license
• BLS certification (within 2 weeks of start)
• ACLS certification (within 6 months)
• PALS certification (within 6 months)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (within 6 months)
• Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) certification (within 1 year)
• Recent nursing graduate or experience in Labor & Delivery preferred

• Previous experience in labor and delivery nursing
