This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong payroll experience who is looking to expand into general accounting responsibilities within a collaborative finance team. Key Responsibilities Process and support full-cycle payroll using Paylocity Ensure payroll is completed accurately and in compliance with company policies and regulations Maintain employee payroll records, deductions, and benefits information Assist with payroll reporting, reconciliations, and audits Support general accounting functions as needed, including: Journal entries and account reconciliations Assisting with month-end close Accounts payable and/or receivable support Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis to support finance leadership Qualifications 2+ years of experience in payroll and/or accounting support roles Experience with Paylocity required Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance requirements Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organization Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Preferred Qualifications Exposure to general accounting (AP, AR, or GL) Experience supporting month-end close processes Strong communication and teamwork skills Why This Opportunity Opportunity to grow beyond payroll into broader accounting responsibilities Collaborative and supportive team environment Stable role with long-term growth potential IND4 #J-18808-Ljbffr HRB
