CLA is growing and seeking to hire an experienced Project Coordinator to join our talented Information Technology team. The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment. This role provides day-to-day coordination and administrative support across Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) projects and programs. This role helps ensure project schedules, documentation, communications, reporting, and governance activities are executed consistently and efficiently. Working closely with Project Managers, Program Managers, Business Analysts, and project team members, they maintain accurate project information, support project administration, and help ensure compliance with EPMO standards and methodologies. How you’ll create opportunities in this Project Coordinator role: Project Coordination & Scheduling: Coordinate project meetings, ceremonies, and working sessions across one or more projects, including calendar management, room/Teams logistics, and agenda distribution. Track key dates, milestones, and deliverable due dates, and proactively flag upcoming or missed items to the responsible Project or Program Manager. Documentation & Governance Support: Prepare, format, and maintain project artifacts (charters, plans, RAID logs, status reports, meeting minutes) in CLA templates and store them in the EPMO Portfolio Document Library. Support intake, prioritization, and project close activities, including checklist tracking and archiving of governance documentation. Reporting & Data Management: Assist in the preparation of executive-ready status reports, steering committee materials, and portfolio dashboards. Maintain accurate and current project records in EPMO systems of record (e.g., PRISM/ServiceNow, Portfolio Assignment Tracker, MS Planner), and support basic reporting and data quality checks. Communication & Stakeholder Support: Serve as a first point of contact for routine project inquiries. Draft and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up communications. Track action items, decisions, and owners from project and program meetings through to closure. Onboarding & Continuous Improvement: Support onboarding of new project team members to EPMO tools, templates, and standards. Assist in maintaining the EPMO knowledge base and templates, and help identify opportunities to streamline coordination and reporting processes. What You Will Need 2 years of relevant experience required 1 year of project coordination, project management, administrative support, or business operations preferred Experience supporting projects in professional services, consulting, or corporate environment preferred Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) preferred. High school Diploma or equivalent experience required Bachelors degree preferred.
