Job Title: Temp Project Coordinator – Construction
Pay: $25.00–$27.00/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday | Hybrid
Start Date: ASAP

As a Project Coordinator, you'll support busy renovation and home-turn projects by managing schedules, vendors, and documentation. You'll work closely with team members and contractors to ensure projects stay on track and within scope.

What You'll Do
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for

• Coordinating renovation and home-turn construction projects
• Reviewing project scopes and vendor bids
• Negotiating and approving bids within established guidelines
• Coordinating schedules with vendors and construction technicians
• Tracking project timelines, permits, purchase orders, invoices, and documentation
• Communicating regularly with vendors regarding project status and outstanding items
• Coordinating appliance and material orders
• Maintaining project information, photos, and documentation in project management software
• Assisting with vendor onboarding and project closeout
• Helping keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving toward completion

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have

• Experience in project coordination, construction, or property management (preferred)
• Tech-savviness and familiarity with project management software
• Strong skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and general computer use
• Excellent organization and follow-through capabilities
• Strong vendor communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
