What You’ll Need to Succeed as a Golf Service Associate A Positive Attitude – Because being a grump is no fun! Ability to Thrive in a Popular Environment : Keeping calm when things get popular is where you shine. Previous Experience in Hospitality or Entertainment: This is simply a plus, NOT a must. What You Will Do in the Role Role and Interaction with Players: Welcome and assist players with check-in and reservations, ensuring they have all the info they need to get started and enjoy their Topgolf experience to the fullest. Key Aspect of the Role: Provide detailed information about the venue, gameplay, and current promotions, helping players make the most of their visit and enhancing their overall experience. Physical Requirements Let’s be real—this isn’t your typical desk job! Here’s what you’ll need to do to thrive in this role: Lift and Move Things: You’ll be lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs., including carrying golf bags with clubs across multiple floor levels. Comfort with bending, stooping, and carrying is essential. On Your Feet: Expect to be on your feet for most of the day, so a love for walking throughout your shift. Active Tasks: From task to task, you’ll be constantly engaged in a variety of physical activities. A can-do attitude is essential! Endurance: Whether it’s a long shift or tackling a task that takes time, we’re looking for someone who can keep up the pace in a high-volume working environment Sound Like a Fit?
