This full-time position is primarily remote, enabling you to manage your schedule while ensuring high-quality care for our outpatient clients in San Jose, California and beyond. Our outpatient office is equipped with modern tools and technology to support teletherapy and in-person consultations, balancing flexible work settings with the professionalism required in mental health care. Key Responsibilities\n

• Build and maintain positive and trusting relationships with patients to encourage open communication.

• Accurately diagnose mental health disorders, utilizing DSM-5 criteria and clinical assessment tools.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect each patient's unique circumstances, ensuring they align with evidence-based practices.
\n
• Meet with clients regularly to provide therapy sessions, adjusting treatment plans based on patient feedback and progress assessments.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and ongoing assessments to monitor patient progress and therapeutic effectiveness.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on skill-building, coping strategies, and emotional regulation.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community resources to provide referrals to specialists or additional services as needed.

Qualifications\n

• A valid marriage and family therapy license (LMFT) in California.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong ability to build rapport with clients, motivating them towards change and recovery.

• Excellent communication skills to foster collaborative relationships with clients and other healthcare professionals.

Compensation and Benefits\n
