Description

Need someone to serve as receptionist, answer the door, phones, collect documents from clients dropping them off, etc. for the Santa Fe branch Job Summary We are seeking a professional and dependable Receptionist to support our financial services office. This role is the first point of contact for clients and visitors and plays a critical role in creating a welcoming, organized, and professional office environment. Key Responsibilities · Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner · Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly · Manage front desk operations, including sign-in procedures · Schedule appointments and manage calendar requests as needed · Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries · Maintain a clean, organized reception area · Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation · Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
