Chainlink is the industry-standard oracle platform bringing the capital markets onchain and powering the majority of decentralized finance (DeFi). The Chainlink stack provides the essential data, interoperability, compliance, and privacy standards needed to power advanced blockchain use cases for institutional tokenized assets, lending, payments, stablecoins, and more. Since inventing decentralized oracle networks, Chainlink has enabled tens of trillions in transaction value and now secures the vast majority of DeFi.

Many of the world's largest financial services institutions have also adopted Chainlink's standards and infrastructure, including Swift, Euroclear, Mastercard, Fidelity International, UBS, S&P Dow Jones Indices, FTSE Russell, WisdomTree, ANZ, and top protocols such as Aave, Lido, GMX and many others. Chainlink leverages a novel fee model where offchain and onchain revenue from enterprise adoption is converted to LINK tokens and stored in a strategic Chainlink Reserve.

Our People Business Partners are embedded in business teams and expected to do anything and everything to enable the success of those teams and their leaders. This means that our PBPs must have end-to-end mastery of all People disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, levelling and promotions, and compensation.

Our PBPs are truly expected to be the "Chief People Officer" for their teams. They are also, in addition, expected to gather deep anecdotal feedback from their teams and report that back up to the team leader and the Chief People Officer, to enable the Executive Leadership Team to address team member concerns more rapidly and with greater effectiveness and urgency.

Your Impact

• Refining and guiding the development of People programs that are necessary for our success, such as levelling, promotions, performance management/cycles, etc.
• Driving organizational strategies such as workforce planning, organizational design, and change management through a deep understanding of our business, market dynamics, and competitive landscape, to customize organizational structures and talent strategies that align Chainlink's capabilities with business demands.
• Collaborate with the other People Team members (People Operations & Technology, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards) to influence and uplift the execution of People Team operations

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a top-tier PBP in a similar PBP model
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced and demanding technology company
• Deep expertise with, curiosity about, and true vision for AI and how it is changing
• A default orientation toward the following approaches/views of work:
• A focus on business outputs and impact over anything else
• An orientation toward data but a deep appreciation for actual on-the-ground anecdotes and experiences
• Skepticism toward HR orthodoxy in every area
• Analysis and logic over emotional appeals - but balanced by deep empathy and true care for all team members
