TYPE OF RECRUITMENT Temporary FILING PERIOD Applications accepted until positions are filled. Job located in Los Angeles County, California. Temporary position, available at multiple sites including Headquarters, Ballot Processing Center, VSAP Operation Center, Tally Operation Center, VCST, and Field Work locations throughout the county. Essential Job Functions Drive a truck or van up to 24 feet in length with standard or automatic transmission. Deliver and pick‑up election materials and supplies on an assigned route. Load and unload election materials and supplies. Record pickup and delivery schedules and items delivered. Maintain vehicle usage and mileage records. Read maps and follow written or verbal geographic directions. Oversee a helper as needed. Requirements Six (6) months of full‑time experience driving a vehicle in pick‑up or delivery service (paid or volunteer). Valid California Class "C" Driver License at the time of hiring. Physical Class 4; able to lift over 25 pounds and perform required physical tasks. Additional Information Applicants will be placed on an eligible register for up to twelve (12) months. This is a non‑competitive assessment process; an exam is not required. The position is temporary only; applicants may be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as assigned.
