Key Responsibilities - Payroll Management & Administration Own and process accurate weekly and bi-weekly payrolls for 1,000+ employees. Review payroll data, timekeeping, deductions, and employee changes for accuracy. Handle compensation changes, garnishments, direct deposits, and payroll transactions. Audit payrolls, resolve discrepancies, and maintain confidentiality of payroll data. Prepare payroll reports for HR leadership and executive management. Stay current with wage-and-hour laws across multiple states. HRIS & Employee Data Management Maintain accurate employee records in Paycom and other HR systems. Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle transactions. Ensure electronic personnel files are complete and compliant. Support HRIS process improvements and assist with system access issues. Recruiting & Applicant Sourcing Manage job postings and applicant tracking across multiple platforms. Screen candidates, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate hiring processes. Support recruiting events and companywide staffing initiatives. Human Resources Operations & Employee Support Provide day-to-day HR guidance and coaching to managers and employees. Support consistent application of company policies and employee relations. Assist with compliance, employee verifications, and incident documentation. Contribute to HR plans, programs, and special projects.
