• Authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a background check
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or IT-related coursework/certifications (CompTIA A+,
  Network+) a plus
• 0-1 years of experience in a help desk, IT support, or customer service role
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Team-first attitude with a genuine eagerness to learn new tools and technologies
• Basic working knowledge of Windows and/or macOS, Azure Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Admin suite and Office product troubleshooting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to explain technical issues in plain language
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tickets/priorities at once
• Ability to lift and transport laptops and IT equipment (up to 25 lbs.)

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal end users, providing friendly, responsive support in person, by phone.
• Deploy, configure, and image laptops for new hires and equipment refreshes
• Support new user onboarding, including account setup, hardware provisioning, and orientation to company systems
• Assist with patch management and routine software/OS updates across end-user devices
• Perform basic network troubleshooting and monitoring, escalating complex issues to Tier 2/IT team as needed
• Log, track, and document all support requests thoroughly and accurately.
• Maintain accurate inventory of laptops, peripherals, and other IT equipment
• Follow up with end users to confirm issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is high
• Support IT projects and process improvements as assigned

$28 - $38 an hour
