Work Environment

You will be working onsite at our comprehensive Rehabilitation Facility in Saint Petersburg. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, you will undertake the following key responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' functional abilities and disabilities, developing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Deliver high-quality therapy sessions encompassing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and functional movement training.
• Document clinical findings and patient progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Interact and communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to foster understanding and cooperation regarding treatment objectives.
• Provide ongoing consultations to coworkers and healthcare providers regarding comprehensive patient care throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Participate in community outreach efforts and engage in continuous improvement initiatives to elevate the standard of care delivered at our facility.
• Supervise and mentor support staff and students in best practices for patient care, fostering their professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on a diverse patient population ranging from post-operative recovery patients to those with chronic conditions and lifelong disabilities. Qualifications

To be successful in this position, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

Renown Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually.
