InCommunity is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to coordinate pre-employment requirements, verify references and credentials, review I-9 forms, and keep audit-ready personnel files in compliance with regulatory standards. You will orchestrate New Employee Orientation, prepare materials, coordinate logistics with Payroll, IT, Facilities and department leaders, arrange travel and lodging as needed, and ensure new hires receive required policies and onboarding resources. #J-18808-Ljbffr Georgia Community Support And Solut
