About The Role The role owns full-cycle technical recruiting at a growing, well-funded technology company, partnering with engineering, product, and go-to-market leaders to hire the people who build and scale the business. This is a high-impact role on a lean people team: the recruiter will drive hiring for roles across software engineering (backend, frontend, infrastructure, machine learning) and operations, own the candidate experience end-to-end, and help shape the recruiting processes and tooling that support the company's next stage of growth. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for 8-12 concurrent requisitions across engineering and operations, from intake through offer close Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build interview loops, and calibrate on candidates at each stage Proactively source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, GitHub, and referral channels to build strong pipelines Own the candidate experience, driving timely communication, structured feedback, and smooth scheduling across all interview stages Track and report funnel metrics — time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, source effectiveness — and use data to improve process Run debriefs with interview panels, gather and synthesize feedback, and make confident hiring recommendations Negotiate and close offers, coordinating compensation guidance with the people team and hiring managers What We Are Looking For 3-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in-house or agency, with meaningful exposure to technical hiring Strong sourcing ability across LinkedIn Recruiter and adjacent channels for hard-to-fill engineering roles Fluency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) and scheduling/analytics tooling Excellent written and verbal communication, with sound judgment in stakeholder management Comfortable operating with autonomy and prioritizing across competing open roles Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Bonus: experience recruiting machine learning, security, or infrastructure talent; familiarity with comp benchmarking tools like Pave or Radford; experience building recruiting processes at a scaling startup #J-18808-Ljbffr Evlo AI
