We are expanding our team and seeking an experienced agency Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment across a diverse portfolio of clients. This role will handle a dynamic blend of high-volume, project-based commercial roles (such as light industrial, warehouse, and manufacturing) alongside specialized professional placements (including finance, accounting, supply chain, commercial construction, healthcare, and IT).

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in agency recruiting, the capacity to manage multiple concurrent requisitions, and the adaptability to pivot between high-volume contingent staffing and highly targeted direct-hire searches.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute full-cycle recruitment for both contingent staffing and direct placement roles.
• Manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet anticipated staffing needs and client deadlines.
• Source candidates utilizing a variety of tools, including ATS/CRM databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter), and networking strategies.
• Screen and interview applicants to evaluate work history, technical skills, and overall qualifications.
• Submit qualified candidates to hiring managers and decision-makers, providing clear and accurate recommendations.
• Coordinate the interview process, contact applicants regarding application statuses, and conduct reference and background checks.
• Navigate a diverse range of roles, successfully executing high-volume project hiring while continuously developing knowledge of niche professional sectors.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years of full-cycle agency recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open requisitions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn and adapt to recruiting for professional and technical skill sets.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred:

• Previous experience recruiting for light industrial, manufacturing, or high-volume contingent roles is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree
