Security Officer Patrol Specialist - Full Time

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Tue 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to government facility personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting protocols. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity or conditions. Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and report unauthorized entry attempts or policy concerns to appropriate personnel. Prepare accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
