Operations Specialist

Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for an Operations/Asset Disposition Specialist located in Richmond, VA 23224 zip code. .

Pay: $15.49 per hour

Onsite: Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm

Length: 4 months

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Managing a pipeline of accounts where the client has defaulted on a loan secured by real property. The Bank will take possession of that collateral in an attempt to re-coup the money it has not been paid.

• Communicating with FC attorneys, updating of accounts as appropriate, preparing of bids and moving accounts to REO.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• MS Office

• Good written communication skills

• Self-starter

• Reliable means to report in office 5 days per week for duration.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Default, Collections, FC, Loss Mitigation background
