Competitive Intelligence Manager

Role Overview We seek a Head of Competitive Intelligence to develop and lead a strategic, cross-functional competitive intelligence function. This role involves transforming market signals into actionable insights to inform product strategy, go-to-market plans, and executive decisions. Key Responsibilities Design and execute the company's competitive intelligence strategy and operating model. Develop comprehensive assessments such as feature matrices, pricing analyses, and market landscape reviews. Create executive-ready insights to influence product roadmaps, pricing, and investments. Monitor competitors’ product launches, partnerships, and market movements, providing strategic recommendations. Establish processes and tools for collecting, validating, and sharing competitive intelligence across teams. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Leadership to inform roadmaps, positioning, and market strategies. Build dashboards and frameworks to evaluate competitors across capabilities and customer value. Support leadership with market analyses and competitive briefings. Qualifications & Skills 15+ years in competitive intelligence, strategy, or product strategy roles. Proven success building competitive intelligence functions from scratch. Strong analytical, structured thinking, and communication skills. Deep understanding of enterprise software, SaaS, AI, or cloud technologies. Ability to synthesize diverse data sources into clear insights and influence senior leaders. Experience working across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Executive teams. Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments. Preferred: Experience in AI, benchmarking, enterprise sales enablement, or strategic consulting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
