We’re an established, high-volume restaurant and cocktail bar in Lower Manhattan looking for an experienced Front of House Manager who combines genuine hospitality with strong leadership and operational discipline.

This is a key leadership position for someone who can confidently run the floor, develop a strong team, manage labor intelligently, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the FOH team with confidence, consistency and accountability
• Take ownership of the restaurant and make strong, independent decisions while leading a shift
• Be highly present on the floor, setting the pace and standard for service and hospitality
• Coach, train and develop team members while building a positive, high-performing culture
• Actively manage labor , including scheduling, staffing levels, overtime and productivity
• Adjust staffing and floor deployment in real time based on sales and business volume
• Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, presentation and overall guest experience
• Handle guest concerns thoughtfully and professionally
• Work closely with the GM, ownership, kitchen and bar leadership
• Participate in hiring, training and performance management
• Understand how daily operational decisions impact costs and profitability
• Identify problems, find solutions and follow through

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3+ years of restaurant management experience , preferably in a high-volume, full-service environment
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and hold a team accountable
• Strong working knowledge of labor management, scheduling and cost controls
• Excellent judgment and confident decision-making skills
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm and decisive during high-volume service
• A genuine passion for hospitality and taking care of people
• Full availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays is required
