Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat a diverse range of pre- and post-operative liver and abdominal transplant patients, serving as the primary care provider for those awaiting or recovering from transplant surgery. This includes managing acute and chronic comorbidities effectively.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including obtaining complete medical histories and performing detailed physical examinations, noting both normal and abnormal findings.
• Order, perform, and analyze diagnostic studies, drawing on clinical expertise to make informed decisions regarding patient care.
• Administer medications as per established protocols, including both routine prescriptions and controlled substances, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Facilitate seamless coordination of care across inpatient and outpatient settings, ensuring that each patient receives comprehensive support throughout their healthcare journey.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families about treatment options, post-operative care, and lifestyle adjustments to promote recovery and prevent complications.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure effective patient throughput and discharge planning, conducting necessary follow-ups to confirm ongoing care needs are being met.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 160,000–200,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skills.
