Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and gather detailed medical histories to support accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic healthcare services tailored to patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors.
• Perform thorough physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop patient-specific treatment plans.
• Administer medications and vaccinations, and counsel patients on preventive health measures, lifestyle modifications, and chronic illness management.
• Utilize the EPIC EMR system to document patient encounters accurately and promptly, ensuring compliance with medical regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing care delivery and patient safety standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with advancements in medicine and best practice methodologies.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care, fostering strong relationships with patients and their families to build trust and promote better health outcomes.
• Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in medical practice, ensuring patient privacy and confidentiality.

Qualifications
