About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Talent Acquisition to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive recruiting strategy that is in line with the organization's growth objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the talent acquisition function across both hourly and salaried hiring, with a focus on creating scalable recruiting strategies, strengthening workforce planning, and ensuring the attraction of top talent in competitive markets. This executive role involves close collaboration with executive leadership and operational teams to shape the long-term talent strategy. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and hands-on leader, experienced in building high-performing teams, and adept at leveraging data and technology to enhance recruiting performance and the candidate experience. Applicants for the Vice President of Talent Acquisition position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive talent acquisition experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role, is required. The role demands a proven track record in managing high-volume recruiting and developing enterprise talent acquisition strategies within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Strong leadership, influencing, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to use recruiting metrics and analytics for strategic decision-making. Experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems and a background in enhancing employer branding initiatives are also key qualifications for this executive position.
