We're hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to help scale Cohere through an exciting phase of growth. You'll be the lead HRBP for our Non-Technical organization , partnering with leaders across Finance, Legal, People, Go-to-Market, and Corporate Functions. While you'll work alongside another HRBP to deliver outstanding support across the client group, you'll own the overall partnership, set priorities across the function, and play a key role in hiring and onboarding your HRBP counterpart as the team grows. - Has operated at Director-level HRBP scope, Head of People level, or equivalent
- Has experience partnering with business functions such as Finance, Legal, People, Go-to-Market, or other corporate organizations
- Has experience in startup, scale-up, or other high-growth environments

- Is an exceptional written communicator who thrives in async environments
