Pay Rate: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour

Shift: Part-time | Monday-Wednesday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Will transition to full-time

• QuickBooks experience
• Payroll processing knowledge
• Handling prevailing wages for large teams
• Basic accounting (Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry
• Strong communication and phone skills
• 2+ years of related experience
• Must have experience with prevailing wage

What Keeps You Busy (in the Best Way)

• Process payroll, including prevailing wages, for 75+ employees
• Utilize QuickBooks for accounting and payroll functions
• Manage accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P) processes
• Perform accurate data entry related to payroll, invoicing, and financial records
• Assist with general bookkeeping and reconciliation tasks
• Prepare and maintain financial documentation and reports
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
• Provide administrative support using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Maintain organized records and ensure the confidentiality of financial information
