Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish therapeutic relationships with clients that foster trust and openness, creating a safe space for them to share their experiences.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify mental health issues and develop tailored treatment plans that address individual needs and circumstances.

• Facilitate both individual and couple therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy.

• Regularly consult with clients to provide ongoing therapy, implementing changes to treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal progress.

• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans based on client feedback and clinical assessments.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for referrals and comprehensive care when clients require specialized treatment.

• Participate in team meetings and case discussions to share insights and enhance collaborative approaches to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, and addiction. You will work closely with diverse populations, adapting your therapeutic approach to meet the unique cultural and personal needs of each client. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Alongside this, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
