Location:  Malvern, PA | Full-Time

Steve DiOrio State Farm is seeking a driven and personable Business Development Representative to help grow our agency by building relationships, generating new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Educate clients on State Farm products including auto, home, life, and financial services
• Collaborate with the agency team to meet and exceed sales goals
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups
• Represent the agency at community events and local networking opportunities

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer and CRM proficiency
• Insurance licensing (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe)
