You will work closely with engineering, product, and leadership to shape the next generation of our platform. We value design craft, systems thinking, and a bias toward shipping. Key Responsibilities Own design for core product features from concept to launch. Build and maintain design systems that scale. Conduct user research and translate insights into design decisions. Partner with engineering on production quality. Mentor junior designers. Requirements 5+ years product design at a technology company. Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design. Experience with design systems at scale. Figma proficiency. Excellent communication skills.
