Business Development & Marketing Specialist – Multiple U.S. Offices

Direct Counsel represents a leading Am Law 100 firm seeking a Business Development & Marketing Specialist to support its Finance, Investment Strategies, and Real Estate practices . This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys combining strategy, analytics, and relationship development in a sophisticated legal environment.

Position Highlights

• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Locations: Chicago, New York, Kansas City, Dallas, Los Angeles, or Atlanta
• Mostly onsite with some flexibility 
• Legal marketing or business development experience preferred
• Support business development strategy, client growth, pitches, and RFPs
• Analyze client, market, and competitive data to identify growth opportunities
• Support events, sponsorships, rankings, and external marketing initiatives
• Partner directly with attorneys, practice leaders, and senior marketing leadership
• Experience with Finance, Investment Management, Real Estate, or related industries is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing technology platforms preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, project management, and organizational skills

We are seeking a strategic, analytical, proactive, and highly collaborative professional who can manage multiple priorities, work effectively with attorneys and executives, and turn data and market insights into actionable business development opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits

$90,000–$120,000 annually , depending on experience and other factors.
