Loan Forgiveness: Victor employees can apply for Public Service Loan Forgiveness JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Associate is responsible for providing administrative support as assigned. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Responsible for supporting the new hire onboarding business process. This includes completing assigned tasks and collaborating with Human Resources Manager and Recruiters. Manages and maintains all personnel records, including third party databases. Maintains all personnel records in compliance with agency and county requirements. Distributes monthly reports and notifications to staff and leadership regarding any expiring documents, licenses, requirements, etc. Coordinates and schedules CPR and First Aid Training. Including notifying employees, Supervisors, and Executive Directors in a timely manner. Provides administrative support, as needed by department. Completes other duties as assigned. MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have six months of previous administrative support experience performing data entry, file management and database management. Must have basic knowledge of the English language and effective verbal and written communication skills. Must be proficient in all Microsoft products. Compensation: Pay Range: $22.59/per hour - $31.05/per hour (actual salary is dependent on verification of applicable experience above the minimum qualifications for the role) #J-18808-Ljbffr Victor
