Role Description This is a part-time hybrid Real Estate Agent role based in Tallahassee, FL, with some work-from-home flexibility for administrative and client follow-up tasks. The Real Estate Agent will prospect and qualify leads, schedule and conduct property showings, host open houses, and support clients through the buying and selling processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing comparative market analyses, drafting and reviewing offers and contracts under broker guidance, and coordinating inspections, appraisals, and closings. The role also involves maintaining accurate listings and client records, responding promptly to inquiries, and providing consistent, professional customer service. The Real Estate Agent will collaborate with the brokerage team, use company tools and systems, and stay informed on local market trends and regulations. Qualifications Active Florida Real Estate License and a solid understanding of real estate principles and practices Experience or strong interest in residential real estate and real property transactions Customer Service skills, including clear communication, responsiveness, and client relationship management Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques Ability to work part-time with a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends as needed Comfort using real estate software, MLS systems, and basic office productivity tools Reliable transportation for local travel to listings, showings, and client meetings in and around Tallahassee High level of professionalism, ethical standards, and commitment to fair housing and equal opportunity practices #J-18808-Ljbffr
