What You'll Do

Manage a diverse caseload from inception through resolution (General Liability, Auto/Trucking, Premises Liability, and more).
Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
Draft and argue winning motions and represent clients in court and mediations.
Collaborate with a tech-forward team using the latest in AI-assisted legal research and e-discovery tools to stay ahead of the curve.

What You'll Bring

Experience: 2-7 years of civil litigation experience (Insurance Defense preferred, but we value strong litigation skills from any background).
Licensure: Active member of the Georgia State Bar in good standing.
Skills: A sharp legal mind, strong deposition skills, and the "trial-ready" instinct to protect your clients' interests.
